What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Krabby J's Tackle and Rental LLC. At this time, all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we will try our best to answer your questions.
How long will it take to get my order?
We are a unique business to where you can either pick it up at our warehouse or if you purchase over $500 we will deliver it to you, as long as you are in the California Bay Area or Tri-Valley Area. Please do call though to verify. There are times where we will go out of the area for other runs and will try and get deliveries to other areas of California.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do you protect my data?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission. We also store your data on secure servers and only keep it for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal requirements.
